- Please provide us with any requested documents as soon as possible.
- Do not change employers during the mortgage application process.
- Do not open any new credit accounts or make any new credit purchases.
- Do not incur any NSF fees.
- Do not make any large deposits that cannot be verified.
- Continue to make all of your rent or mortgage payments "on-time" until your loan is closed.
